Choose the group name before the tag
Start from an optional word your squad wants to keep, or leave it blank for original word combinations. Choose a theme and a maximum full-name preview length. Tags use initials followed by letters from the name, with a selectable two-to-five-letter length.
The abbreviations are suggestions, not official clan IDs or registered esports names. A short tag may be shared by unrelated teams. Search for your preferred identity, agree it with teammates and check the game’s current name fields before adopting it.
Share the shortlist
Copy an individual team name or its tag separately. Copy all includes both for each idea, making it easier to discuss a consistent team identity. Generate more changes the selection; Reset restores the initial settings.
This is a BGMI-facing team-naming workflow using PaperFox’s shared group-name engine. It does not create a clan, connect to a tournament service or claim that a generated name belongs to a professional team.
Independent, local name tools
PaperFox makes this free BGMI naming utility independently. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KRAFTON. No player ID, account or password is needed. Input is processed locally and is not sent to our servers or included in tool-use analytics.
BGMI decides which names it accepts, how length is counted and which characters display correctly. This preview does not check availability or guarantee acceptance. Check the complete result in the game before confirming a change.
Questions
- Can the tool make a clan tag? It suggests a two-to-five-letter abbreviation for each full name. This is display text and is not a game-assigned clan identifier.
- Does this name an individual player? This page creates group identities. Use the BGMI name generator for individual handles and the style tool to transform a nickname you already have.
- Are the names or tags reserved for me? No. The tool generates suggestions locally and does not reserve names in BGMI or elsewhere.
