Do the games need the internet? No. Every game plays offline. The internet is only used for optional video ads.
Where is my progress saved? On your device only. There’s no account, so uninstalling the app or changing phones starts fresh. On the website, progress is kept in your browser; clearing its data starts fresh.
How do I get coins? For free: a daily gift, and sometimes a bonus after a game. Spend them on a hint, an undo or a continue in any game.
A video didn’t play Videos need a connection. If you’re offline or no video is available, nothing is used up: try again a little later.
Reminders, sounds, dark mode All in Settings: turn reminders on or off (app only), set app sounds, game sounds, music and volume, vibration, dark mode and colour-blind colours.
How do I play a game? Every game has a How to play guide: tap the i button at the top of the game’s screen.
