1. Using the app
We give you a personal, free, non-transferable licence to play the app on your own devices. Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law.
2. Ads
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob (the websites show no ads yet). Some features (a hint, an undo, a continue) can be unlocked by watching a video ad; watching is always your choice. See our Privacy Policy for the data used by ads.
3. Coins
Fox Coins are earned for free inside the app (a daily gift and bonuses after games). They have no money value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and may be lost if you uninstall the app or change phones, because progress is saved only on your device.
4. Your progress
Scores, levels, coins and settings are saved on your device only. We can’t restore them if they are lost.
5. App store rules
If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
6. Game ideas you send us
You keep your idea, and you let us use it: by sending a game idea you allow us to build, change, name and publish a game based on it. Many ideas are alike, so we may build a similar game without using yours.
If we build a game from your idea, we credit you by name in the game (unless you ask us not to). If that game later makes money, we will offer you a share; the exact share is agreed with you in writing before the game is released.
Only send ideas that are your own, and never someone else’s game, name or art.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we don’t promise it will always be free of errors or available on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app, including lost game progress.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
